Can I submit the application form online?

Yes, the application form is submitted online.

What is the admission test fee?

The total Admission Test fee (including the fee for the Application Form) is free of cost.

Where do I get the application form?

Application forms can be filled out on King’s website https://www.kingscollege.edu.np/online-application/   or can be obtained from King’s College admission office.

Can someone else submit the application form for me?

Yes, anyone can submit the application form, but the application form should be properly filled, duly signed by the applicant, and submitted with the required documents on time.

What documents are required while submitting the application form?

You need to submit the certified copies of the following documents: 

  • Color scanned copy of Nationality certificate English version (for Nepali nationals) or copy of Passport (for foreign nationals). Indian Citizens can submit the Identity Card issued by the Embassy of India. 

  • Original copies of educational qualifications (Transcripts, Certificates, and Character Certificate) of highest degree earned. 

  • IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or letter from College stating that you have studied in English medium.

What needs to be done after submitting the application form?

The admission Team will reach out to you for aptitude tests and personal interviews.

What are the selection criteria at King’s College?

The selection criteria are based on the evaluation of personal statement, interview, your previous academic performance, involvement in extracurricular activities, and a written entrance examination.

When will the result be published? 

The result will be published within 2 days of your final interview.

 

Is the Westcliff degree accepted in Nepal?

The acceptability of degrees or academic credits may differ by country or academic oversight agency. Consult with the designated academic institution or approval authority in the specific country or region.

 

Do you offer scholarships? What types of scholarships are available?

Is the degree accepted worldwide?

Can I transfer the credit to any other University?

Credit is awarded by Westcliff University. Acceptability of transfer credits to other institutions is at the discretion of the accepting/receiving institution.

What additional skills can students expect from King’s besides academic engagement?

King’s College has set up separate centers for all students to cater to their own developmental needs. The Centers are – Student Development Center, Career Services, CERAD, My Emotions Matters, Community Service-Learning Program, Do Lab, teach LAB, Demola, etc.   Besides these, international visits, foreign language classes, and many national and international events are organized regularly.

 

What are the eligibility criteria for BBA? 

Eligibility criteria are: 

Nepali and non-Nepali nationals with a High School degree or equivalent in any discipline are eligible to apply for King’s College BBA Program.

 

My final year results are not out. Can I apply? 

If you have completed the qualifying educational level, you can apply on a provisional basis, provided you have already taken the final year examination and passed all previous year examinations. You must submit your final transcript one month before the admission date. However, even after admission, if you fail to meet King’s BBA eligibility requirement, your admission will be canceled. Fees once paid are non-refundable except for security deposit.

 

What is the structure of the BBA admission test?

The admission test consists of three phases 

  • Assessment of Statement of Purpose 

  • An entrance examination consisting of an analytical essay
  • Personal Interview

What is the duration of the BBA program and credit hours?

All BBA programs at King’s College are 4 years -  120 credit hours.
