TFN Fellowship enables outstanding young graduates to serve as teachers and leaders in rural and remote communities in Nepal, and to work for national level systemic change for ending education inequity in Nepal. The need for capacity development of the graduates of the Fellowship extends beyond the Fellowship. Masters in Business Administration (MBA) program at King’s College in Nepal makes an outstanding opportunity in further education and empowerment of TFN Alumni. Provision of scholarship further incentivizes interest and enrollment in TFN Fellowship, as well as excellent output during TFN Fellowship, thereby enabling KC’s indirect contribution to quality education in rural and remote Nepal. The scholarship is aimed at supporting and facilitating TFN Alumni in further developing leadership skills, experience and network necessary to bring his/her ideas of social change into action post-Fellowship and enabling his/her role as social entrepreneurs, thereby contributing their role as leaders and changemakers in the country.
Every year six students receive this fully funded scholarship.
