Sujan has completed his undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Delhi. He is a postgraduate student of Sociology at Tribhuvan University.  He has almost two years of work experience as a civil servant (in various capacities including at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority and Office of Municipal Executive, Bharatpur Metropolitan City) in the Government of Nepal before joining CERAD at King’s College.
