Saroj K Ghimire is an Advocate and practices law at Supreme Court of Nepal. He holds dual LL.M from University of Pune, India and Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) United Kingdom. He is also the law faculty as Asst. Prof. of Law at Tribhuvan University Nepal and has been the visiting faculty for various colleges at London in the past. He has instrumental experience in litigation and advising complex legal matters to high profile clients. He has delivered guest lectures at the Universities of various jurisdiction including India, China and United Kingdom. Mr Ghimire has Co-authored books on citizenship, fair trail and constitutional dialogue and has published various articles in the law journals. He has been invited as Speaker in various international conferences of International Bar Association in Sydney, Seoul, LAWASIA at India and Hongkong, SAARC LAW conference in Kathmandu to name few. Mr Ghimire was actively involved as constitutional and human rights lawyers during constitution making by the First and Second Constituent Assembly of Nepal and is also the member of Publication Advisory Board of Amity University New Delhi. He also the Member Secretary for the International Relation Committee of Nepal Bar Association, Supreme Court Bar Association and Nepal bar Council.
