Manoj completed his undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Technology and Innovation Management) from King’s College, Nepal affiliated to Westcliff University, California.

He is a former Network and Automation Supervisor at Decade International P.Ltd, a Technical Mentor at Bits Ladder, and an assistant lecturer at Janakpur Engineering College. He is also a Teach For Nepal Alumni and founding secretary of the Teach for Nepal Alumni Association.
