As a part of Building University Capacity to Support Business Incubation in Nepal (BUCSBIN) project, two lab-masters from Oamk Labs, Oulu University of Applied Sciences – Finland, facilitated a four-day workshop for 30 participants from various educational institutions. The workshop titled “Inspiration, Iteration & Innovation – Introduction to learning in Oamk LABs” ran from April 24 to 27 at the Summit Hotel, Lalitpur.
Facilitated by Janne Karjalainen and Ulla‐Maija Seppänen, the workshop provided a mini-experience of the learning in interdisciplinary teams at Oamk LABs. Participants experienced how the teachers and students at Oamk Labs collaborate in project-based learning and try to solve problems through human centric design approach. Participants also had a chance to deepen their knowledge and skills about experiential learning and reflective practice.
The workshop was organized by BUCSBIN partners: King’s College, Kathmandu University, Idea Studio Nepal, Oulu University of Applied Sciences and YoungInnovations.
