Master of Business Administration (MBA) incorporates a mix of theory with practical applications and supplements traditional lectures with hands-on case analysis, and projects. While the program stays abreast of current trends, they have staying power, too, reflecting the broad, fundamental knowledge on which successful careers are built.
MBA program prepares you to make the most of career-building opportunities already available for you. Starting with your first course, you plan what you want to get out of the program and how you will apply new learning. This focus on career outcomes continues throughout the program.
Objectives:
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program will allow students to:

  •     Analyze, synthesize and evaluate the knowledge acquired through research and apply it to practical business situations;
  •     Integrate formal academic learning with individual business experience so that meaningful personalized learning takes place;
  •     Think analytically and globally within a business environment; and
  •     Develop a motivation for and appreciate the wisdom of acquiring lifelong learning.

Admission Requirements:

  •     Prior education: The University requires evidence of an earned bachelor degree in business, management, or administration or in any equivalent field.
  •     Professional experience: Submit a resume or Curriculum Vita (CV) and recommends a minimum of one year of full-time professional work experience.
  •     Written communication skills. Submit an essay that includes current personal, intellectual and professional interests and why the applicant is applying to the degree program at King's.
  •     Information technology. Posses computer and internet skills sufficient to effectively participate in King's pedagogical model and conduct research at the master level.


Graduation Requirements:

  •     Students must complete the prescribed curriculum within five years.
  •     Satisfactory completion of all required course work with a cumulative G.P.A. of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  •     Internship program of minimum of eight weeks.
  •     Thesis or project work

Examination
40% of the total evaluation is done through a continuous in-semester assessment and for the rest 60% there will be four-hour long final exams of 100 marks in each subject except for the capstone course.
