Center for Capacity Development (CECAD), founded in 2014, is one of the prominent wings at King’s College that aims to support the institution in facilitating the growth of a new breed of competent career oriented professionals with not only academic excellence, but also radiating a sense of responsibility, compassion, patriotism, piousness, and productivity.
CECAD’s mission is to establish King’s College into a prominent institution of higher learning, renowned not only for its elevated levels of erudition, but also for its innovative programs, distinct curricula, eminent faculty, and meticulous operations.

Induce the College in amalgamating academic achievements with character building, sense of discipline, and humane touch in the students, besides enthusing a sense of social responsibility as an integral part of all learning.
Strive for perfection in all the College’s academic programs and curricula by designing, developing, and offering of innovative academic programs & courses.
Initiate, organize, and conduct workshops, training, seminars, and other campaigns for boosting up the capabilities of the faculty and college’s personnel.
Assist the Board of Directors and Management Committee of King’s College to frame and implement effective plans, programs, and strategies ensuring the accomplishment of College’s mission and goal.
Frame and formulate distinctive marketing plans, programs, strategies, and campaigns to promote the College, its programs on a regular basis.
Plan and program the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) System to ensure long lasting quality input/output in all functional areas, besides striving for ISO 9000 Quality Management System Certification.
