    • Mentor, aspire, direct members, help with industry networking, specialist experiential learning

    • Advise, bring-in Charisma, Guide, Advise, Dos/DONTs

    • Lead, Plan, Execute plans, Deal with Management, Deal with Mentors and Advisors, Raise funds, Represent club whenever necessary, define Operating plans, rules and regulations, by-laws
  • Secretary-1
    • Documentation, Meetings coordination, Communication ambassador, spokesperson, contact point
  • Treasurer-1
    • Receive funds, maintain accounts, present MIS, mobilise fundraising, maintain transparency and compliances with policies, by-laws, laws

    • Participate, execute plans, contribute all actions, develop self, help fundraising, assist events management, maintain active PR, bring-in innovations, expand the scope and scale, create a happy team, promote activity entrepreneurship

 Responsibility:

  • Finalising Leader: All members through consensus/undisclosed voting
  • Nomination to a club: Self ( max 2 clubs at one time and minimum 5 months association for clubs change)
  • Seed Money: Given by management to Clubs
  • Actual accounts: maintained by Management in coordination with club treasurer
  • Formulation of Modus Operandi for Clubs: Prepared by all members, proposed by leader, finalised by Management
  • Quarterly activity calendar: Prepared by all members, proposed by leader, finalised by Management
  • Fund raising: Team
  • Activities execution: Clubs
  • Modelling/Changes in the club framework and any key intervention: Institution Development Division
  • Direct operations and monitoring of clubs from management side: Program Manager/Academics Division

 

Note:

Club system is a voluntary initiative of King’s College and the management reserves all rights to modify, discontinue, replace this system or a part of it and reserves special rights to intervene any of the initiatives taken by the club members with/without notice. By accepting the club system, members and all concerned accept the management’s special rights above stated and will raise no appeals/claims. Club Members will be responsible for the activities undertaken by them and the college will bear no liabilities if incurred. However, the college also reserves the rights to use club or club member’s name, identity, initiatives for the promotional purposes. Clubs and assets acquired by it are assets of clubs, and ultimately the management.
