Placement/ career
At King's we lay special emphasis on placement for as the saying goes, ‘the taste of the pudding lies in its eating’, the quality and success of a business college can be best gauged only by its placement of its graduates. Our curriculum integrates the methods and tools to equip our graduates with the qualities that are required to perform in their respective areas. We have a consciously designed exposure and training package spread throughout the program to prepare them for their career.
We have a separate placement and career cell operated by students themselves under the guidance of management. This placement team organizes on-campus interviews, workshops, grooming sessions, speaker programs, career fair, internships, industrial tours, and so on and so forth. Furthermore, this team also publishes the student profile and sends it to the potential employers. It has been really effective given the King's team's strong network with Nepalese corporate sector. Moreover, our overwhelming majority of our faculty members are from the corporate and entrepreneurial backgrounds.
As a matter of fact, we encourage our students to opt for a part time assignment immediately after they enter their third year so that they can supplement their theoretical learning with practical exposure on the one hand, and on the other, their educational expenses by reducing the financial burden of and dependency on their parents.
